Manheim, Microsoft to Co-sponsor the Second Annual DealerTrack Innovation Conference

Speakers Include Executives from smart USA and Leading Technology Companies

DealerTrack, Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK), today announced the co-sponsors of the second annual DealerTrack Innovation Conference scheduled for September 17-18, 2007, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Innovation Conference is a unique networking and educational event designed to showcase the latest dealership technology trends and best practices.

The Headline Sponsor, Manheim, will be presenting on "The Future of Online Auctions." Gold Sponsors, including The Cobalt Group, Microsoft Corporation, Autobase, Inc. and AIMData, will be participating in panel discussions on topics such as "Driving More Leads to Increase Profit and Unit Sales," "The Open Dealer Management System (DMS)" and more.

In addition, seven other leading technology providers will be exhibiting at the conference.
